We were provided with exceptional customer service from the time I made the reservation to the time of check out. This hotel sets the bar for what a hotel should be. The room was spacious and spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the pool provided a much need break after an afternoon of visiting ancient Olympia. Of course, the meals must be mentioned as we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. To sum up the meals, the breakfast was bountiful and fresh, the lunch by the pool hit the spot and the dinner in the Taverna the Garden was without a doubt the best meal that we had during our entire stay in Greece. The proximity to the site was an added bonus. We appreciated that the staff permitted us to check in early as most places during our stay were very strict.

We stayed in the low season for a single night after a difficult couple of days with car trouble. This hotel made everything very easy, from a welcoming check in, a luxurious room with sweeping views of the valley, and staff available and cheerful at all times. There was also an in house buffet meal (understandably a pale version of the high season menu, but better than we expected for the timing). It is a 3 minute drive from the village of Olympia, but for that you get the views and sense of a self contained location. Would happily have stayed for longer. Particular shout out to the warmth of the staff in all areas and their keen desire to know that we had what we needed and were set up for a good experience. Also very good bed.

Enough has been said about the restaurant and all is true :-) We also loved the pool, nice beds, nice pool bar. Pool is big enough for laps. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had our own car, there was enough parking. (Car is recommended, it's quite a long walk back up from the town after sight seeing.) Do yourself a favor and spend the night, since the sights and museums are open till 8PM and that's when all the tourists have gone, so spend the afternoon in the pool, visit the sights & museum at 5:30PM, and spend the next morning at the pool then drive to your next destination.

We loved everything here! Wonderful rooms, wonderful views, wonderful food and wonderful staff! We felt very well looked after and welcome from the moment we arrived on site. The restaurant is absolutely the best in town. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. The room was superb. And it's walking distance to the ancient Olympic sites without being in the hustle and bustle of town. They even welcomed us into the pool and bar area during the day after we checked out so we could relax after seeing the sites before we drove away. We are desperate to return again!

All the staff members are very friendly and helpful! They do their most to make your stay as comfortable as possible! We received a free upgrade of our room and were given plenty of information and tips on visiting ancient Olympia. We had a superior family room with a small but very convenient bathroom. The garden where the pool is located provides shade and looks very charming! The pool is quite large and deep. The taverna (restaurant) has an amazing view and the food was excellent. Service there as well was perfect and very welcoming! It was a perfect stay!
